I live in Philadelphia. When not working, I write poems and think about how to write them, read widely, and occasionally write down my thoughts.

My first book-length book of poems is Old Business, published by the wonderful editors at Golias Books.

I hold a Ph.D. in English from the University of Cambridge (2013), where my dissertation, The Difficult Style: A Study of the Poetry of J.H. Prynne was accepted without corrections.

My edition of The Collected Letters of Charles Olson and J.H. Prynne was published in June 2017 by University of New Mexico Press. It was reviewed in the TLS by David Herd.

The Last Shyness was recently published by Face Press out of Oxford (UK). It’s a tiny book.

I am currently co-editing the Prose [1960 – 2018] of J.H. Prynne with Keston Sutherland.
